Construct emergency water reservoirs in numerous locations around the PNW(Oregon & Washington) to collect massive amounts of fresh rainwater.
Pipe in water to Northern, Central and Southern California to replenish already extremely low fresh water supply.
If we almost made a pipeline from Canada to Texas for crude oil, than I most certainly think we can make a line from the PNW to California for fresh, life giving, much needed water.
