We should construct the Hyperloop rail proposed by Elon Musk to connect several Californian cities as well as neighboring states. The Hyperloop will create an innovative form of transport which is even cheaper than the planned California High Speed Rail. This project would create numerous jobs and place America at the forefront of technology and transportation.
