This monument should be built in front of the US Department of Justice Attorney General's office building in Washington City at a location for all to see as they enter and exit the structure, serving to remind all viewers of the fatal consequences brought by abusive government power. Moreover, the monument should be designed to enable the entry of the names of all currently-known and future victims of the operation as they become known, acknowledging the cruelty inflicted on them and their families by amoral and incompetent officials. !Si se puede!
