Construct a Memorial in Washington, D.C. in honor of President John Adams, the Founding Father Neglected by History

While President George Washington, the first president, and Thomas Jefferson, the third president have monuments prominently displayed in our nation's capitol, John Adams, the second president and first vice president, has no such memorial and has been neglected by history despite his contribution to the birth of the nation being equal, if not greater, than these other two Founding Fathers. Adams served on the "Committee of Five" on independence and nominated Jefferson to draft the Declaration of Independence and Washington to lead the Continental Army. He served as a minister to France and secured the support of the French to the American Revolution. He drafted the Massachusetts constitution which became the model for the federal constitution and was a passionately opposed to slavery.
