We the people of the United States request the construction of industrial plants for large scale conservation of food through the use of available technology in the U.S. The construction of dehydration plants for processing fruits, grains and meat to build up strategic stocks to meet emergency situations in the U.S. and for people around the world who undergo epidemics, hurricanes, floods and earthquakes. Freeze-Dry technology is an example of a method to dehydrate by, which has been extraordinarily effective in the preservation of dehydrated products.
