A Constutional Amendment to alter the content of Bills presented to congress:

Bills submitted to the congress shall contain:

A) One (1) topic or subject only.
B) One (1) language (English) language only.
C) Shall be devoid of legal reference to Latin or other
attorney languages of the trade.
D) Readable and understandable English language
terms ; by an ordinary man of high-school education.
E) One hundred pages of text maximum.
F) An abreviated "Abstract of the Bill" below the Bill
Identification number and author's Name and Date of
submission.

This format shall economize on costs and resources and provide a common language for non-attorneys serving the congress as well as the people of the United States.
