Health care is crumbling at an exponential rate. Medicare and Medicaid need new leadership. Patients should take priority over all else. For example, Medcaid in California put EHR above urgently needed healthcare. It spent 1.2 billion on electronics rather than health. Many are suffering terribly as a consequence, but the EHR company is doing great, and no doubt the government officials that put money into its coffers have profited.
