As Americans we have been subjected to a disturbing pattern over the last 40 years. We have watched as mass shooting became public media spectacle, followed by irrational paranoia and general lack of logical leadership in Washington, spawning ridiculous laws that make Americans even less safe than before, less free, and more vulnerable to attack. The media advertises to the masses, reaches the mentally unsound, seeds ideas in their heads, and Washington lawmakers make it easier for heinous crimes to occur in the future with policies such as "the Gun Free Zone" making it illegal and unlikely for teachers citizens and children to be anything but victims of violence. From malls, to movie theaters, to stores and public events, the Gun Free Zones have ransacked the public- END GUN FREE ZONES
