All commercial cars sellers; be it new or second hand (used) come under this law .The Merchandise Quality must be for the Intended use of .. Meaning, you buy a new car which goes wrong in one year ,it has to be replace with a new one or full refund of money. A used car must be mechanically sound ,running order for three months if anything dose go wrong the garages is responsible to repair it at their cost no cost shall be past on to you. Their will be no as is , or no warranty implied that will be meaningless no excuse or argument will be excepted from the garages
