Credit scores are vitally important to securing housing, insurance, and employment, as well as access to credit for education, transportation, and even healthcare.

Wrong credit information has very serious consequences. Consumers are held hostage. It is all but impossible to have errors corrected despite the existing laws mandating credit bureaus do their due diligence investigating disputes.

PLEASE SIGN TO CREATE A LAW THAT PRIOR TO A COLLECTION ACCOUNT BEING REPORTED A COURT JUDGMENT HAS VETTED THE DEBT.
