PLEASE HELP! Why is Arkansas still imposing a (100% +) recovery fee from a 2001 ice storm? Why are the people of Fort Smith, AR being charged recovery fees that have been implied upon them for the past 15 years & is STILL ongoing. Now they are being charged a recovery fee for drainage, sewage, water tanks, property, etc. at a (100% +) added to their utility bills. Where has the yearly annuities (budget) gone for this state other than lining the pockets of these entities? When do the consumers get THEIR money back that they have been giving to this state over all these years? Who can we complain to other than the .gov link for Arkansas? We need a serious investigation into this matter but don't know who to ask. Please give us a voice and help the great people of this state.
