the internetcafés in Guangxi Guilin of China are awful..the computers are outmoded...i cant stand the enviroment of the net cafes anymore! people smoke.... shout...The air is filled with the smell of smoke and noise....at night,cockroach and mouse can be seen everywhere.....the price is so high but the net bar is so awful.....punish them!
