On May 25th, 2013, an event known as "powerwars" was to take place at 4 p.m. est on the popular mmorpg "Runescape". This event was hosted by a popular macro website which enables users to gain levels substantially faster than users who are not using this macro. When playing in game, multiple players reported seeing a pmod known as "skiller". Soon after, players began being killed and reportedly were banned from the game for 14 days to a permanent ban. We want the U.S. Government to contact Jagex and ask them to stop banning ,indiscriminately, U.S. players who have not broken any rules and were simply playing an event hosted by a known macro website.
