This Petition is for purposeful discussion regarding civil rights of citizens to obtain and use Cannabis in and among the several states for medicinal purposes.
The focus here is citizen's fundamental rights, which MUST be equal in the several states. A citizen MUST be able to ingress and or egress and back-again to any of the several states without violation of these inalienable basic and fundamental rights, in safety, provided by guarantees contained in the principles and intentions of the Constitution; and so EVERY citizen may enjoy the freedoms and liberties in and or out-of ANY other of the several states. Federal statutes which over-ride or hinder any state statute which puts these fundamental and basic rights of citizens into jeopardy must seriously be readdressed and remedied.
