The SGT Major of the Army wants to try and limit the amount of tattoos the military personnel are able to get by limiting it to only underneath the pt shirt and shorts. We believe that tattoos are special and meaningful to each individual. In addition, these individuals are risking their lives on a daily basis and should be allowed to have tattoos as long as they are not visible in ACU's.
