We would like to:
1. stop the cancellation of the Veterans Retraining Assistance Program
2.Extend the program from it's 1 year of educational assistance to the completion of a 2 year degree program
3. Extend the veterans who are covered under this program to include those veterans who 30 to 65 years of age
