The Venezuelan government has been violating the human and civil rights of Venezuelan citizens for the last 16 years. The Obama's Administration signed an executive order on March 09, 2015 to sanction Venezuelan government officials who violate the human rights of Venezuelan citizens and engage in acts of public corruption.
We strongly support these actions and encourage the Obama's administration to continue fighting against any Venezuelan government official who violates the human rights of Venezuelan citizens and engage in acts of public corruption, and we reject Venezuelan government initiative to force Obama's Administration to revoke the executive order.
Finally, we encourage governments around the world to join Obama's Administration actions to fight for freedom and democracy.
