The result would be that less than 50% of non-elderly people would not be able to receive a heart transplant because of the massive lack of donors and hearts available. Now Medicare is for ages 65+, but if you considered my last argument morally unjust then some form of rationing will have to be established not just for those individuals over 65 but for everyone.
