to continue the labeling of all Meats with country of origin, but to include country of processing of meat sold in U.S.

As reported in the Wall street Journey Congress has repealed the Country-of-origin labels were mandated by Congress in the 2002 and 2008 farm bills. That required meat-packers to identify where animals are born, raised and slaughtered. this was after they approved chicken being raised in the United states and processed in China for United states consumption. they are paving the way to trade indiscriminately without regard to the needs and wants of the American people. We question the validity of their claims of cheaper costs, with the quality control required by the Citizens of the United States. We want full disclosure of where our food comes from and where it was processed. this I am sure is in the best interest of the American people.
