Banking and lawsuits against other governments is where we were previously, but, somebody chose to take a good sidestep toward using the previous laws to benefit the American People. S&L Scandal and The ACA are just a reminder that anyone can take 300,000,000 people and make them believe that they are the only one's on the earth.
