Continue with the Missile Defense of NATO since Putin is showing aggression in the region. Democracy at stake.

This is a request to proceed with the building of the missile defense system needed to counter the threat of a militant Russia to expand it's federation. The President had reset relations with good intent, but the receiving end has used it as a weakness and a means to expand his power in the region. This will not be tolerated. Corruption, strong arming and stepping over the will of countries to define themselves is crossing the line. The missile defense will safeguard current safeguards in the region and insure that a balance is sustained. Putin had feared it, but now with his actions, and from the previous lessons on Georgia and now Ukraine, this cannot be tolerated. We are not the world's defender, but we can put what is needed through the UN, NATO - it is legitimate.
