The United States of America is the one true ally of the State of Israel. While governments may change and Presidents may not agree with Prime Ministers, the unbreakable bond between the United States and Israel must stay in tact. The people of Israel should not be collectively punished simply because Prime Minister Netanyahu has been re-elected and relations between him and President Obama have soured. The United States is a powerful friend and ally of the Jewish people and we urge you to continue showing that support by engaging with Likud and showing them that acceptance of a real and lasting peace must be negotiated, and not imposed. The Middle East is on fire, we cannot allow partisan politics between elected leaders to destroy an entire people.
