The Syrian refugees not only require our compassion, accepting them is also removing a resource from Daesh, who prey upon them in their home country by kidnapping their children and using the ransom to buy weapons and ammunition. By this humanitarian act, we not only act as our most important precepts of mercy, care for the suffering, and compassion would direct us, we also remove an important source of financing for Daesh. I encourage you, President Obama, to use this argument... liberally.
