A history of terrorism and terrorist acts against the State of Israel even during periods of peace treaties show the leaders of Palestinian's are incapable of seeking peace and intend on the destruction of a fellow U.N. member state.

Palestinians are seeking UN membership as a way toward legitimacy while there has been no proof establishing them as a separate people, and they are proven to be members of existing countries such as Jordan, Syria and Suadi Araba.

The Palistinians receive billions of dollars in aid from the U.S. and Israel itself, yet they plead poverty showing their inability to manage their own destiny.
