Basic human right for all Vietnamese, including the right to practice their religion. The Vietnamese government, despite their propaganda, restrict freedom of religion, including:
- all priests have to have permission for ordination.
- limit religion practice in high land for montagnard people
- harass religious personnel: priests, monks,etc..
- control freedom of expression.
- imprison those that dare to express their demand for freedom
