The Government Spending in Federal Agencies is currently audited by Federal Employees, who have little experience making tough cuts and understanding how to run a successful business. This initiative would allow successful businessmen and women to trim the fat and thus reduce government spending without reducing government effectiveness and improving the overall efficiency of our Federal Agencies.
