Utilize private companies rather than US Military to build hospitals and provide humanitarian support to Western African Nations whose populations are suffering from Ebola. The US has often contracted with quasi-military companies and other civilian companies to provide support in war torn areas. We respectfully request that the President issue an Executive Order directing the GSA to seek bids from the private sector to build hospitals and provide humanitarian and quasi-military support for aid-workers and contractors in Western African nations. We respectfully request that our US Military forces, war weary, and underpaid, not be used for these purposes.
