Control the amount of times that the media says the name of a mass murderer.

Every time that there is a mass shooting, the media is quick to identify and constantly refer to the shooter. While this information is highly demanded by the public, it also fuels future shooters in their desires to commit a mass murder. Part of their desire is to become famous in the media for their criminal acts. Restricting the amount that the media is able to speak about this aspect of tragedies would greatly reduce the motive to commit such acts.
