Encourage and support legislation that controls, limits and restricts the sale of ammunition to the general public. Individuals who wish to purchase ammunition should be required to have a detailed background check, as well as an annual psychological evaluation by a qualified and registered Psychiatrist. A qualified and registered Psychiatrist, at their discretion, should have the ability to not only restrict ammunition sales to an individual should they be deemed unfit, but additionally should be required to report unstable and suspicious individuals to FBI.
Finally, materials that may be used to circumvent such legislation should be banned for sale; specifically primers, black powder, die sets, metal jackets and brass/shells.
