Control Chocolate Chip Cookies as a Schedule I substance.

Created by A.K. on November 24, 2012

Under the Controlled Substance Act of 1970, a substance or drug should be defined as Schedule I if:

1) The drug or other substance has a high potential for abuse.

Chocolate Chip Cookies are highly addictive. They are similar in addictiveness to Marijuana, LSD, and Ecstasy, all drugs given a Schedule I status.

2) The drug or other substance has no currently accepted medical use in treatment in the United States.

This violation is clear. It has fewer medical uses than Marijuana, for cancer treatment, LSD, for Alcoholism, or Ecstasy, for depression.

3) There is a lack of accepted safety for use of the drug or other substance under medical supervision.

There is a greater risk than with other drugs: Diabetes and choking are much more common than any risks with Marijuana.
