Control Comcast from hiring expatriates They are trying to over ride taxes by hiring expatriates

I am so tired of calling Comcast and getting someone that is foreign to the USA, it is not because where they are located. It is not for the fact that I can barely understand them, because I can when I listen really good, it is for the fact that those sweet people that they are hiring for $4 an hour will try their hardest to help and try to get you to understand what they are saying. To me this is nothing more than slavery, A big growing company, because they do not want to pay taxes to hire with in the USA, this should be stopped and those wonderful people in the other countries they are hiring should be getting paid what they would pay a US citizen, in all actually they should be hiring with in the USA. Big company growing just due to the neglect of the US Gov stopping it from happening
