The federal government must control the unjustified increase in fuel prices. The infrastructure and economic productivity is directly tied to fuel prices as well as the health of our elderly and less fortunate members of society. Recent fuel price per gallon increases are not reflective of the cost of crude oil prices or any significant increase in production/refinement costs. We, as Americans, and subject to the capricious whims of the giant oil corporations and the fickle commodities markets for a staple of our existence. Fuel.
