Control Guns Now! The founding fathers wrote the second amendment to ensure that citizens could form armed militias.

The proliferation of hand guns and automatic weapons in this country is a threat to national security and robs American citizens of their right to enjoy lives in which domestic peace and tranquility exist. It is time to allow for a national referendum which will provide the American people an opportunity to demand that the original intent of the second amendment be restated, honored and enforced. The Executive, Legislative and Judicial branches of the United States government have bowed to the power and money of the gun lobby and failed to represent the interests of their constitutional constituency, the People of the United States. Let their voices be heard in a national vote to determine what guns, if any, should be allowed to be owned by those in this country. Let the people speak.
