Immigration Control is a very difficult issue, but can be solved by requiring the issuance of a fraudulent proof ID to be used as proof of citizenship for National and State Elections, receipt of Federal benefits such as: Unemployment, Welfare, Medicaid, and Medicare.
Think of the billions saved when those people who are entitled to receive benefits can actually receive them.
Individuals, and their offspring whom are citizens of friendly to U.S. nations, but whom are here illegally should be allowed to apply for Citizenship - one-time. This privilege would not be extended to those whom are here illegally from nations whom are the declared enemies of the United States, or its Allies.
