"CONTROL BY THE MASS" PETITION
1. I propose the Installation of a new branch in our government, which would be a “Public Opinions Advisory Board” (POAB). This branch would consist of a lifelong appointment of 100 seniors (Not based on their age) with granted powers over the entire Congress and House of Representatives. The POAB would be monitoring public opinions and other functions. Without affecting the normal operations of government, require resignation on all dysfunction and out-of-control government departments and officials (Such as below 20% on opinions polls of their job performances), All Departments such as FDA, SEC, FED, Supreme Court Justices, U.S. Congress and Representatives... are required to conform to their public mandates and opinion polls...Please see detail @signon.com
