In Florida, there is control price of gas, they cannot sell less then minimum control price by State. this help small gas station to survive, so business owner can fight on service, convenience to customer, etc. but not on price,
If this happen in Texas, this will help lot of business man to migrate in Texas.
As of now, Big Gas Station , sell gas lest then our cost price, we have pay royalty to Brand, Credit Fees, etc,
