Control misuse of medicaid and welfare by people able to work who abuse the medicaid and welfare system till it is broke

Against misuse of welfare and medicaid abuse. The misuse of medicaid is making healthcare and the government go so far in debt that people that really need it that are really handicapped can not get medicaid. Because for every 1 person who needs medicaid there are 10 who do not. More people on welfare and medicaid smoke and have better cell phones than working people and spend there welfare checks on food and mcdonalds. This is not what these were made for lets vote to get government help to only people who need it.
