Control the police killings of young people not committing crimes

This petition is to stop the killings of young people that are not committing any crime. So many young people have been attacked, shot or killed in the past year by law enforcement. We don't pay our officers to kill people that are not committing any crime. We ask that officers are required to take more training classes that focus on preventing deaths measures. We also ask that officers that continue to make reckless decisions are released from their position.
