Control the price of houses in China.It is very hard to buy a house in most part of china.

You know as chinese traditional view if you wanna have a family ,you should have a house.unfortunately I dont have a house.the price of houses in china are more and more expensive,eveyone in china hope have a house to live .do you know how much to buy a house in Shang hai or Beijing?if in the good place ,it will cost you three million CNY to buy a 100 square meters house in city ,not in the centre,if in centre it will cost you ten million.there are no industry is good in china ,but real estate.
We are losing creativity,because you just should buy a house ,you will not be worry everything .So money goes into house,to make it expensive,but,what we have?just millions of houses?in USA you have APPLE,Microsoft in Janpan they have SONY,Toyota,in Korea Samsung,HYUNDAI,in china we just have House
