Mr President.
This is part of a conversation that I am involved with between a friend and myself because of the aftermath of the shooting in Colorado and because there have just been to many of these shooting going on around the country. I believe in the 2nd Amendment it says the right to bare arms but there is nothing with regards to ammo. The problem is not gun control but the control of ammo to the civilian population. I feel they need to take the ammo out of the stores and put in some sort of controlled environment such as our police department in order to purchase ammo. But prior to the purchase they need to have the police department do a background check prior to the purchase the ammo and limit the amount that can be purchased. It would bring in revenue to the police depts.
