control of what can be bought on food stamps should be setup like WIC. I've seen people by 30 dollar a pound crab legs.

When I was working part time at a grocery store. I saw a lot of people on food stamps buying stuff like 30 dollar a pound crab legs and the best steaks you can find. I have also seen people buy 20 dollars worth of tootsie rolls and $8.00 slice of cheese cake. I think the food stamps should be set up like WIC. They get stuff like ground beef and bottled water no soda pop. I isn't right that people on food stamps are eating stuff most people can't afford to eat even working 2 jobs. And it is a waste of money buying 4 or 5 very expensive items when they could get a weeks worth of less expensive stuff for the same price or less. And it should be stuff that is good for you. If we are going to pay for people to be on food stamps it should be healthy stuff.
