Many people try to rent a place to live. However, the rents are getting higher evening out to the same amount of a mortgages. ......We are told "you don't qualify for a mortgage "but you already pay a mortgage in rent. This is such a set back for single moms n dad's who are trying to keep a roof over their heads. Also it is creating more n more homelessness which includes children. I believe we must cap out apartment renting to less than a mortgage payment or give us homes since we already pay mortgages. Help children get stability by caping out rent to less then mortgage payments.
