Controlling working hour globally to reduce unemployment for that businesses have been globalized.
As we all know, the unemployment rate and the gap between rich and poor have increased throughout the world. There are some main factors that relate to the above problems: (1) Improvement of Technology. (2) Business Administration. The second one seperates complicated work into simpler pieces, so that employees become less indifferent.
The U.S. government could propose to U.N. or WTO to create a rule to control working hour globally. Every nation should follow the rule or being put on more tariff as punishment.

(2) The unemployment rate reduces.
(3) Consumption and business boost.
