We need to control the outrageous prices being charged by educational institutions for books and make them use the same book for at least four semesters. Material should only be changed before the fourth semester only if information has changed or has been found to be wrong, and in the last case the students should get at least 85% of the money back to be used towards the current book. The way the schools are charging and abusing the students when it comes to this subject is nothing less than criminal.
