America deserves a raise! President Obama must address Congress to advocate convincingly for raising the minimum wage and overcome the legislative rancor and obstruction that is weakening our nation. Strong executive leadership has been essential to the success of legislative efforts to advance the social, political and economic progress of the nation. Call Congress to order and attention. Make the case for America's workers, and do so during prime time so the American people can engage their support in this important cause.
