Convene and keep the Senate in session till they consider his supreme court nominee.

Convene and recall the senate and hold them in session until they do their job and either confirm or reject the us supreme court nominee. It is an "extraordinary occasion" when congress actually refuses to perform there role as the constitution prescribes. The senate has gotten away with not doing its job for to long. Its time the president uses one of his powers to try and get lazy congress into possibly doing its job. If anything, at the very least show the nation by their inaction what to expect of them if they get voted back in come next election.
