This petition is asking the President to convene Congress under Article II, Section III, and raise,on our behalf, to Congress these questions :
Shall Congress order, with a vote, the mints to stop producing the one cent, penny and/or five cent, nickel?
Shall Congress order, with a vote, the treasury to design new monies that would incorporate aides for the visually impaired?
If Congress was to incorporate Braille lettering on bills and/or coinage for visually impaired persons to discern the amount of money, would this be economically feasible?
If Congress was to make notes in varying sizes, would this be economically feasible?
The signatories affirm that they request the above questions raised to Congress, that they have not been coerced or bribed to sign this petition.
