Convene a Constitutional Convention

Created by M.G. on December 03, 2012

I propose a new Constitutional Convention comprised of a minimum of 100 representatives from every State, Territory, and Protectorate of the United States of America.

This Constitutional Convention should be empowered to review and streamline any and all changes to our Constitution, or any federal law, statute, code, or regulation that directly impacts Constitutional protections which has been created since the end of the Civil War and determine whether to keep, modify, strike in part, or strike in whole changes that have been made by legislators since the ending of the American Civil War.

No modifications, changes, amplification, or interpretation should be allowed to the Bill of Rights or any other portion of the Constitution made prior to the end of the Civil War.
