We the people ask the federal government to Propose a new Administration policy:

Convene A Constitutional Convention in 2017

Created by J.K. on November 11, 2016

An established corporation would not be working with the business plan of a startup. It’s very obvious that the US has outgrown its Constitution. Many of the laws we try to cobble together are to overcome issues in a 230 year old document (e.g., ERA). We need a business plan that reflects 2017.

So I propose a Constitutional Convention. Each state can elect a certain number of representatives to review, revamp and repair the things in our start-up constitution that simply no longer have relevance. Reps should not already hold office. Suggestions:
All humans are equal, without the asterisk.
We need a 3 party system.
Abolish the electoral college
No more life time terms for SC judges.
Redefine/limit campaign funding

Civil Rights & Equality
Foreign Policy
Government & Regulatory Reform
