No administration in history has been in a better position to take leadership in envisioning a just and sustainable future for all of humanity--and never has the need been greater. A global conference among the leaders of all nations could establish benchmarks for the future about the things that really matter: how peoples of all nations can live in peace and happiness within the physical constraints of the earth's resources. Such a conference could establish shared values and highlight issues of economic inequality, poverty, population, injustice, oppression, abuse of women, and other unnecessary evils that make life on earth a living hell for so many billions of humans--and it could create a strategic framework for moving towards a shared vision of a free, just, and sustainable world.
